How do I find out my debt?

To view information about the current state of affairs with AIDAT payments for You personally, as well as for the entire residential complex, you need to use your personal account in the Easy Home online system:

Note: to log in to your personal account, you must log in. The settings for your account (username and password) can be obtained by sending a request by e-mail office@elitelife4.online 

Method # 1 – Bank payment by Bank details

Method # 2 – payment via Easy Home system

1. You must open this link in any Internet browser: https://www.alanyaeasyhome.net/management/login.php

2. The authorization window opens – see figure 1.

3. In the corresponding fields, you must enter your personal username and password, select the desired language (unfortunately, at the moment there are only Turkish and English interface languages). After that, click the Sign in button.

Note: if you do not have your account parameters – username and password, please send an email to office@elitelife4.online.

Hello there! My name is John Smith, I am the owner of apartment B-41 in the Elite Life-4 complex. Please send me my account details to log in to your personal account.


4. If authorization is successful, You will see the main working window of Your personal account – see figure 2.

On this screen, You can see the amount of your debt. Debt refers to the entire payment amount for the current period (until the next meeting). You can pay the entire amount at once, or enter your own custom payment amount.

Attention! – By default, the amount of all payments until the end of the current period (until the next meeting) is specified in the payment amount input field.

Be careful! – If you want to pay only for 1 month, you should adjust this field and only then click the Pay Online button.

Note: you can view the entire history of all your previous payments by clicking on the Click here for details link located to the left of the Pay Online button.

5. After clicking the Pay Online button, You will be redirected to the window for entering Your Bank card parameters – see figure 3.

The list of information entered is standard for any online payments. Please note that the header of this window also shows the percentage that will be deducted from You for making an online transfer. After entering all the Bank card details, after re – checking the payment parameters-the payment amount, the amount of interest withheld, if you agree, You need to click Submit.

6. After that, will be unique for each Bank, the process of confirmation of payment – usually it is a sms confirmation. You must complete all the steps to confirm the payment. You can then close this window.

ATTENTION IS IMPORTANT !

After making the payment, the amount of Your debt in Your personal account will change only after the Bank makes a Bank transfer and the funds will be transferred to the Bank account of our residential complex. Therefore, the fact that the old amount of debt will still be displayed in the personal account is not an error and YOU DO NOT NEED TO TRY A SECOND PAYMENT, deciding that the payment did not pass. You can check the fact of making a payment and withdrawing funds from Your card in your personal account of your Bank or by receiving a notification in the form of an sms or a message from Your Bank’s mobile app.

Method # 3 – cash payment at the office

This method of payment is the most “low-cost”, because with all other methods, You are forced to pay interest for performing the payment operation to the Bank or the Apsiyon system. To make a cash payment, you need to go to the office of our residential complex and ask the Manager to accept the payment for Aidat.

You must have the amount you plan to pay in Turkish Lira. This requirement is due to the fact that all expenses incurred by our residential complex, all services that are paid for, are paid in the local national currency – Turkish Lira. Therefore, in order to avoid the need for additional conversion, we ask you to make payments only in Turkish Lira.

It is also desirable to pre-prepare the required amount without delivery. The fact is that all collected funds are deposited to the Bank account as soon as possible and the Manager of our office may not have the necessary amount for exchange.

After making the payment, you will be issued an invoice for receipt of funds indicating the apartment number, the paid period, the payment amount and the name of the payer.

After receiving the invoice, once again check the correctness of all your data and save this document for the future, it is the main way to confirm Your payment.

Method # 4 – payment by credit card in the office

This payment method is very convenient, as it allows you not to worry about changing bills, currency exchange. If you have a credit or debit card of any international payment system, you can use the payment terminal to Deposit funds to the Aidat payment account.

When paying Aidat in this way, the Bank does not charge interest for the transaction, interest can only be charged for the conversion operation to Turkish Lira.

After making the payment, you will be given a copy of the terminal’s cash receipt and an invoice for receipt of funds indicating the apartment number, the paid period, the payment amount and the name of the payer.

After receiving the invoice, once again check the correctness of all your data and save this document for the future, it is the main way to confirm Your payment.
